For the interview, the supervisor (who was since fired) basically just told me stories about his past as a nurse. There was very little actual interviewing for the job. I was told my therapeutic skills would be utilized at work but quickly learned through the employment that this was not true. The interview was almost too easy, as if I had the job just by walking in the door.
