It was very informal and casual. Random questions and friendly interviewer. Lasted around 15 minutes plus 15 minutes to fill out application form. Overall it was really good and I felt comfortable already. I was told I got the job right away. I accepted the offer and we discussed the days and hours I could do.
Casual chat where we discussed hobbies and interests because it was my first job and had no experience. At the time it was not made super clear what was involved but trial shift made it easier
