Sent my CV, within a week got an interview. The interview was an hour long and every possible question was asked so prepare well. I got along very well with the interviewers; nice and warm people.

Face to face one on one with hiring manager arranged via recruitment agency. Informal chat type interview and a tour of the offices. No structure or specific interview questions. Employment subject to clear background security checks that can take a while to process.
