Short (approximately 45 minute) interview with two division supervisors. Both were extremely easygoing and friendly. I felt at ease right away. They asked me a couple of general questions about my background and relevant experience, and asked why I was interested in being hired for the position. They spent the vast majority of the time explaining what the job entails, what the hourly expectations are (very flexible), their corporate culture (open, communicative, flexible, family-friendly), and some specifics about their two legal auditing divisions. They gave me the opportunity to ask questions, but emphasized that I shouldn't feel like I have to ask questions if I didn't actually have any. Lastly, they told me what my start date would be if hired.
