Filled out an online application, heard back a few months later- so long I had forgot I even applied. Went in for an interview talked to a manager he asked basic questions such as what hours I could work and about schooling then had a second interview on the spot with GM and he just asked the same questions. Hired me on the spot, and 9 others that day as well.

What do you think is the most important thing about working here?
Easy and quick which made it simple and go by fast. Questions were straight forward enough so that it went by quickly and simply. I did not accept the offer though

the interview was super quick and easy just asked about schedule. asked what i do and if im a student. asked if i had experience any where else. probably lasted 20 mins.

They focused on availability, past experience, and how you handle customer service. It felt more like a conversation, and they just wanted to see if you were reliable, outgoing, and good with kids.
