(If you can't cover the empty time blocks left open by the existing employees, then you won't get in, no matter how qualified you are.) How long do you think you can work here? (preferably 2 years at least, though some have been accepted for promising to stay 1 year) Skills and traits that can help you sell yourself: bookworm (Chinese and/or English), good memory, fast learner, proactive, interpersonal skill, sales experience, tech savvy (smart phone, tablet, TV antenna, TV box like "TVpad", computer, Excel, Word, printer operation, cash register operation), bilingual (Mandarin & English), frequent customer of the store...etc.
