I applied to an open position that was advertised in the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Centre webpage. The initial round takes around 1 month. After first round a web interview was arranged as it was not possible for me to come in person. I was selected through the web interview.

I met with professors and other trainees in a handful of 1 on 1 meetings, gave a short presentation on my past work, and ended with a tour of the facilities.
