J'ai eu un entretien telephonique pendant 30 mins environ. Les questions etaient classiques, basees sur les experiences passees en relation avec le poste pourvoir. La personne etait bienveillante et agreable, mise en confiance.

phone interview then actual on site - you should have a solid networking knowledge for the interview. TAC is a great place to work. CCIE is highly appreciated here! you also need to have a great communication skills and be able to troubleshoot!
