The Recruiter contacts you to schedule a phone interview, if that interview goes well they followed up and scheduled an on-site interview. The interview process was fairly painless and very professional.

One of the software questions was to write an algorithm in pseudocode on how to reverse a single linked list.
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
