Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 2 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Citi nel mese di set 2008

The entire time, when I was being interviewed, the District Manager kept interrupting me by taking phone calls from his personal cell phone [among other annoyances] . The level of professionalism displayed by this District Manager was astonishing; All in the utmost, worst way possible.
This job just wasn't --to be put simply-- my cup of Tea.
The following day, I was called back; apologized to, praised, and then offered the job -- I declined the offer, given. I made contact with a CitiBank corporate manager, about the botched interview incident, and was told I'd receive a callback later that week. To this day, no callback... **Shrugs**

It is a 3 step process and the span of it took about a month overall. I originally applied to Brentwood for VP Branch manager and then HR offered me the Bay Shore AVP Branch manager interview because someone internal got promoted.
First interview was a phone HR interview to validate my current role. The next interview with the hiring manager for the Brentwood location via virtual interview. The interview with that area manager was extremely pleasant and we got along so well. She did tell me the final interview was going to be intense and she believed I was going to get the position. A week later I contacted HR about the status and told me the position was filled however the location in Bay Shore opened up as AVP. I told HR I was interested. So the final interview was also a virtual interview with her two other area managers that manage two other districts. That final interview was extremely unpleasant. It started with the interview being 10 minutes late on their part. They asked me about myself and why was I looking to leave my current bank as an assistant manager for the branch manager position in Citibank. I was answering beautifully until I got interrupted by one of the two area manager in a rude and aggressive way. As if I was being interrogated. Then, one of them turned off their camera in the middle of me trying to answer their questions like they had zero interest on what I wanted to say. I asked great questions and the final question I asked was if they had any hesitation about my qualification. They said it is ultimately up to the hiring manager.
I asked the HR recruiter via email immediately after my interview if they can provide me their emails to email them a thank you letter. I emailed the hiring manager as a courtesy.
However 2 weeks later, I called and left a voice message and an email to the HR recruiter. The HR recruiter ghosted me. I just recently checked the job listings if the position was filled and I saw it disappeared.
The only thing I advise to Citi is to train your upper management with being courteous and professional to the ones applying. People like me are looking to advance better to further expand our current skills, as well as how I believe workplace culture is what will make me succeed in a collaborative environment.

At the time of application you''re required to complete an online assessment. I completed my application and assessment all in one day, in the morning. Later on that evening, I was contacted by a recruiter. At that time I was scheduled for an interview.
I met with the district officer. He was very direct and stern. Felt like I was in an integration. He asked questions such as:
What are your current sales goals?
What tactics do you use to achieve them?
How do you coach your employees?
What does you day look like?
All of the questions were sales related. The DO is sales driven, NO EXCUSES.
This was the only interview. The process was less than a month from start to finish.
