Phone interview was brief with recruiter. Main question were around relevant job experience and credentials. Salary Range offered was lower than industry in Toronto. In person interview with Hiring Manager was brief with the same questions as the recruiter.

Panel Interview, 45 mins where the interviewers asks several questions related to soft skills, leadership, situational and behavioral questions as well as technical skills required for the job. There is also questions on diversity and inclusion and other leadership traits.

Citi has great people and a professional interview process. First is interview with HR then a case study then the final interview before the offer. They asked appropriate questions and ones related to the position and company
