I applied online. A Talent Acquisition Specialist contacted me within two days after my CV submission to set up a phone screen. She gave me a general introduction of the company and then told me in more depth about the role I applied for describing the main responsibilities. After that, she started with the basic questions of a phone interview. I asked her some questions about the position and she answered everything without hesitation. She was very clear about the next steps of the process and timing. After two weeks she notified me that my professional experience wasn’t a good match for that role. Nowadays I really appreciate that recruiters take the time to follow up on candidates, it was very professional.
