Full in-person assessment day with two group tasks, a numerical test, a logic test and an interview with experience and personality questions. Challenging but well structured and interesting. Emphasis on collaboration.

Initial interview plus assessment day, held remotely. Assessment day included a Q&A session, some online tests, and group sessions/challenges. Team were very welcoming, asked strong and challenging questions and engaged well with the candidates.

It was a good process, I enjoyed the team tasks and the seniors leading the experience were very welcoming and put me at ease. Outside of a one on one interview, we did team tasks.
