The experience reflected everything I wouldn’t want in a workplace. The office felt stuck decades in the past, the questions were generic at best, and one interviewer walked out mid-interview after asking only “tell me about yourself.” The long, drawn-out process revealed an antiquated culture. Ultimately, I’m thankful I wasn’t chosen.
