Took a bit of waiting after filling out preliminary paperwork, then had to watch a video about the agency and take a short, very easy, common sense test, but was hired very quickly.

First thing when I arrived there was already a red flag, a standardized aptitude test for reading and comprehension that took 1 1/2 hours. Was not told the interview process would take 3 hours. They do not have part time positions for this job, so I had to decline the offer. Understaffed and part time employees would definitely help with this

Nothing, we just made conversation after they looked at my resume then they offered it to me on the spot without interviewing me. Red flag.
