The interview process for the position was drawn out and lengthy, with little to no communication in between the interviews. No responses to follow up emails and no expectations on the timeline were provided.

Video Interview - pretty standard as you would expect for any job. Not asked anything complicated, more about relevant experience. The call lasted about 45-60 minutes, I can't remember exactly.
It was obvious from the questions that I was not suitable as my relevant experience was from over 10 years ago. This was clear on my cv so I was somewhat disappointed. I never heard anything following the interview from Clearwater which I thought was extremely poor.
If you give up the time to interview, it is basic respect to receive a formal no and at least some comment as to why/

Met in person with different groups. They met with different candidates and then after weeks with no notification mentioned the company was going in a different direction. Most likely to go with a lower cost internal resource but as we all know, there is no substitute for experience. A common flaw of senior management these days whom are incentivized by short term cost savings in place of long term success.
