The interview process was updated in 2011 to a recruiter screening and then a computer based problem solving, reasoning skills and multi-tasking test administered by CEB before meeting the hiring manager and team. The panel was the hiring manager initially and then a panel of my future coworkers. The questions were behavioral and technical.

The multi-tasking test was ridiculous where one was tasked with reasoning skills while opening and reading from a mock email system.

Initial Phone Screen with the recruiter. Then a virtual interview with the hiring manager. It would end with an in person interview at the hospital with the hiring manager and any team members.
I had an initial brief phone interview with taken acquisition and then an interview with a senior director and then second panel interview with entire team where I was asked multiple questions. Process was pretty smooth and took a few weeks before an offer was extended.

Interview process is fair. It starts with a phone interview and leads to an interview on the platform HireVue. Following the interview on HireVue there is an in person interview with the hiring manager, other project managers, and individuals across different departments.
