It was a behavioral type interview. There were three people in the room doing the interview. They were all taking turns asking me questions. There were a total of five questions.

Spoke to a HR recruiter first and was asking why I wanted to work at cleveland clinic and that specific location. I was also asked why I wanted to work PRN, and explained my availability. The rest of the conversation was talking about the the specifics of the job from the recruiter. They did ask me what hourly I would like and I asked what their range was for that position. They gave me a number of 32 an hour plus 401k benefit for a PRN position.
