Pretty poor and unprofessional overall. The initial HR call was very uninspiring and loaded with way too much information. I was told to follow up if I was interested in the call, which I did immediately, and I was ghosted for a week before I pinged my HR person again. They blamed it on the hiring manager being 'busy' but miraculously I got the link to the take home code challenge minutes later. The take home was super easy, it was building an API endpoint with testable functions, and test it. It was a Node/TS/Express setup and it was a breeze. I completed all the sections and wrote additional tests, commented my code + added function documentation. I once again get ghosted before finally receiving a generic rejection not explaining why I got rejected. Just disorganized from start to finish. I wish I checked out Glassdoor before applying because it seems they company has started declining 1-2 years ago. It's pretty apparent.
