Phone then video. At least two hours of an Onsite in Watertown. Interviewers were all very kind. Building seemed nice overall. Free parking, easy on and off the highway. Seemed like they were generally a pretty young crowd

I applied via LinkedIn and was reached out to for an in-person interview which I was really excited for. It was on-site in Watertown and I met with 4 people, for about 30 minutes each. They were all nice and I enjoyed my conversation with and hearing their "why" for recruiting. After the interview, I was ghosted. I interviewed in October and still nothing. I would have at least liked a "Hey, thanks for coming in, but we're going with other candidates" message. Disappointed in the experience and lack of follow-up despite being told I'd hear back in a couple weeks.
