Incredible! From Application Submission to Hire took 8 business days. The entire process was classy and positive from start to finish. They believe in Skype interviews as opposed to phone calls only - big plus. Susan Webb went above and beyond the average screener's interview. She was warm, took time to understand my background, and even offered pointers to tweak my resume for the next round. Truly an exceptional experience -- especially when compared to the screeners from other major businesses in the tech industry.

The company was very welcoming, the HR colleague showed me the way to a meeting room and offered beverages. After a few minutes, the manager of the team where I applied for a position came and we had an hour long interview, where we talked through my career and about the company as well. The conversation was opened and it was very responsive to my questions also.

2. 1 hour onsite interview with Hiring manager
Everyone was professional, asked questions about my work history, knowledge and interest in Cloudera. The recruiter and manager are fantastic. They were skilled and absolutely experts.
I am waiting for the next stage.

3. 2 person panel interview (Very Conversational)
Whole process took a week (Very fast and transparent)
They let you know within a day if you got the job
Honestly was the smoothest interview process I've gone through. Really liked this company!
