The test tasks shared with the candidates are created by our design experts with the objective to understand the candidate's knowledge and experience in the field of design. We respect and value our client's confidentiality and we believe sharing clients' work as test tasks is unethical. The hiring process remains the same for everyone. Every candidate receives their confirmation/rejection mail based on their work in the test tasks and overall interview. Test task reviews are meant for the internal team and are not shared with candidates. However, if you've faced any issues during our hiring process, kindly drop us a mail at hiring@codetheorem.co
