3 hours of C++ coding examination I passed because resolved first most important questions. (if results are not satisfactory you would not continue to 4th hour) I was very exhausting to my mind and it is an overkill.. After I passed and during the 4th hour, I had an impression it is going OK (the interviewer exchanged sentences between them after possible position for me), but I after I told to senior manager, I am divorced father and geographical location important for me that need to exit the office twice a week a little earlier (and I added that may be not everybody does it), he whispered kind of joke "bastards" (meaning those fathers that not going out early) and after several sentences told, if geographical location is so important for you so, CodeValue is not a place to work in...because may be we will send you to our clients out of city....It was very frustrating to continue the discussion... Regarding C++ questions on 4th hour they were easy. In several days, I got message: thanks for your time, we were impressed by your expertise, blah blah blah...
