Outsourcer hiring staff overseas who has no idea about geography of the area hiring in. Recruiter wasn't sensitive about certain questions he should be asking according to Australian laws, which made himself sounded unprofessional over a video conference setting. Recruiter also spent limited time studying candidate profile and matched me with an opportunity that I had to find out it wasn't my domain, which was a complete waste of time. Not to mention his emails sounded unprofessional and had a lot of grammatical mistakes and run on sentences. These offshore staff need better training to learn how to conduct business in a western context.
