I've noticed that the past few interviews I have had with Collins Aerospace involve a digital self recorded interview. The platform is called Hireview. It's such an easy way to take an interview. The company asked a series of very basic questions. Questions such as, "what makes you a good candidate for the role?" and "what relevant experience do you have for the role?". Not very complicated. I assume that if selected to move forward, there might be an interview with the hiring manager and/or hiring team.
