I arrived 30 minutes early just in case. Their was two people they described the position I applied for which was a float pool. They mostly asked questions about scenarios and what would I do if I was in that situation.

I applied on the website, a recruiter emailed me for a zoom interview, interview was fast not much of an interview but just asked me about my experience and she then explained the position and said if chosen I will have to pass a hands assessment test.
