I was contacted by a Clinical Director to schedule an interview. Upon arrival I had to complete a lot of paperwork (essentially re-write my resume) before interviewing. Interview was informative about the agency, but not so much information about the role. (Ex: I had to ask the scheduled hours.) Following our conversation, I met briefly with Director (?) and then received a tour of facility. I was not interested in the position following this, so I can't comment on their process beyond this point.

Applied and was called for an interview almost immediately. Interviewed by senior counselor and program director. Very relaxed interview. Interviewers gave honest information about job description and expectations. Interview ended with a tour of the facility.
