I applied for the Customer Support Engineer (server) role and was contacted a couple of weeks later by a recruiter to setup an interview. We settled on a date and time for them to call me. The time and date came and went; and, approximately 30 minutes after the call was supposed to have happened I emailed the recruiter to follow up since they never called me. I never received a reply email and 5 days after that I received a form email that they were no longer interested in me as a candidate. I’m going to be honest, treating applicants as expendable like that is a red flag for me from an employer because I have never seen an employer treat applicants as expendable that didn’t also treat employees as expendable.

Awkward impersonal video recording of stupid questions you must do for the interview process. This place is not worth my time I have no interest in working for a place with scathing reviews that they have by their employees.

Initial telephone interview. Followed up with a formal interview approximately one week later. The formal interview was genuinely very enjoyable, the persons conducting the interview asked several technical questions as well as personality-based questions. The interviewers were clearly passionate about the company and were enthusiastic about working there. Feedback from the interview was very quick, less than 24 hours later and was very constructive. Best interview I have ever had.
