Standard interview...experience, qualifications, etc. Questions were centered on concerns of working in a prison setting & comfort level of working with clients with chemical dependency and a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Other questions were on how to handle stress, availability to work overtime. Other questions related to establishing boundaries with clients & to define role model behavior. Another question related to comfort level of working with clients with violent histories.

Met with person from Human resource and one other person. Some people have more people invoked with interviewing process. Depends on the role person is interviewing for. The interview lasted about 40 mins.
