Applied online through EDJoin. Got an email and call about three weeks later. I was interviewed by an elementary Principal and not some in HR. I enjoyed that as they know what to look for in a teacher and what questions are relevant.

Note, it may have changed, as I interviewed 5 years ago. It was a one on one at that time and the questions were not extremely difficult. It took approximately 45 minutes at that time.

There were about 5 principles from different schools and interviewees were allowed to speak to one of them. It seemed pretty casual atmosphere. There was a paper that had all the questions that they were going to ask so it was pretty easy to prepare for the questions.
