Took one week from applying online to having an in person interview with manager. First, had a phone interview with HR and then manager. The in person interview consisted of a group Interview with manager, MD and center director of the facility.

Standard background questions, questions regarding skills and abilities
Interview with Director of Clinical Service and Center Therapy Director. Very straightforward getting to know who you are and seeing if you are a good fit. In-person Interview with back and forth quesstions from both the CTD and DCS.

Apply online to the job and then 1 on 1 job interview . Pretty simple questions and very easy process overall. I got an offer within days after the interview.

One informal phone interview then came into clinic and interviewed with medical director, therapy director, and operational director. It was a group interview, and they asked good questions but did not feel like I was getting drilled with cookie cutter interview questions.
