Colloquio
I applied online and HR contacted me 3 days later for preliminary phone chat. Following week asked in for 1:1 interview with HR and VP. The process was pleasant, however I felt like each individual was trying to persuade me out of my interest in the role.

All questions were thoughtful, however I was constantly told how challenging a workplace CN is...how difficult it was to work there. So, most questions revolved around how I handle difficult situations.

Overall an efficient interview process. 1 standard round with HR, 1 round with the hiring manager, and 2 rounds with the team. Assuming you get through, they do a final background check on you

Standard questions- why Condé Nast, previous role experiences, talked a bit about the team and asked if you’ve dealt w similar situations

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule a phone screen. I set up the phone screen and asked for a link to the job description, which she never sent. She was late to the interview, *called me by the wrong name,* and seemed extremely rushed. She gave me no time to ask questions and provided minimal info about the job. She said she'd finally follow up with the job description and next steps, but never did. Overall it seemed super messy and chaotic – confirmed a lot of what I've heard about Conde.
