Colloquio
Interviewed with a woman over the phone, I have yet to meet the woman that I interviewed with so I am guessing that she was part of the hiring team and not the actual Technical Support COC. She asked very basic behavior questions that are more focused on telling her more about myself and about I would react to different customer interactions. There were little to no technical questions asked.
I received a response back a few days after my interview.

Tell me how you would handle an interaction with an angry or upset customer?

The interview was in 2 steps. We had an interview over the phone first and then in person. The phone interview was basic about you questions and the in person was situational questions about experience. Nothing relating to the job experience. Only personal.

I interview with Conexon via Zoom with the CFO and one of the co-founders. The interview lasted about an hour; most questions were technical and behavioral. I thought we had a great conversation, and they mentioned they would be interviewing more candidates the following week. They said I should expect to hear back (either way) within a week. I followed up about two weeks after our initial interview, and I have been ghosted ever since (it's now been more than a month). Unfortunately, ghosting candidates has become a common practice among employers. I would have appreciated a simple update on whether I made it to the final round or if they were still in the process of making a decision. Failing to communicate at all feels unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates.
