The whole interview process took about a month. For me, it started off with a chat with the recruiter, an interview with two peers from the team, followed by a case study presentation, a casual chat with the APAC Managing Director and the final round with the hiring manager.
Even though I didn't get an offer, it was a positive experience overall. The team was lovely to chat with.
Special shout-out to my recruiter Eric who was very prompt in giving me updates on the process and would check in with me before each subsequent round.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and investing your time in getting to know us. we know that each conversation takes time and research on your end, so thank you again! Lengthy interviews and did not hear back until a month after final interview. Ultimately was rejected but the recruiter let me know to reach out about future opportunities. Received really valuable feedback from the team and they were very kind.
Case study; solutions expert presentation to client of your choice. Analyze their website and apply contentsquare tools to give recommendations and insights
Thank you for writing a review and noting that you've received valuable feedback from the team. We're glad to hear that it's the case. However, we are sorry for the delay in the response after the final interview.
We wish you all the best in your search

the process took 4 weeks
first initial call with the recruiter Gabriella (Superstar!)
then a 30-minute video interview with a member of the Solution Expert team just talking about the role and my experience and questions about previous work with clients and how I dealt with and other questions to check my CRO skills (he was an amazing person )
the third round was a presentation for a case study they give you consisting of task 1 ( to get insights and recommendations for this client ) and second task ( portfolio management ) for both tasks I felt I did so well ( i thought I went to the final stage ) since they only asked for 1-2 changes for this quarter !!!!! so it should be easy right but
Unfortunately, the team didn't act as stakeholders and didn't focus on my hard work and how accurate and valuable my data-driven was, they started to ask me why I want to work as a solution expert, what's your favourite website !!! how come that related to the stakeholder's questions if they want to improve their conversions and revenues !!!!!!
also whatever POV the team lead says the rest of the team just agrees straightaway !!! you can tell no energy was in that room
one of them was really not engaging with the presentation and was quiet most of the time
It just felt unfair to me to be treated that way
I felt their mission only was how to make him not win this round
they really wasted my time and my effort for two weeks of working on that presentation
I only wish good luck to everybody at this point but honestly, I didn't feel that I want to work with that team at all ... first impression is the last impression.
honestly, they killed my energy

TLDR: 4 rounds of interviews, one presentation to a panel that included my direct manager, a manager from another department and a peer. Final interview with the head of the US department. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.
-I was contacted through LinkedIn. We set up a short meeting to talk about the positions. Then I was connected with the recruiter that I would work with through the interview process. We both found that it was a good fit and then scheduled a meeting with my direct manager.
We chatted about the role and what I look to do next in my career. From there I was passed to the next round which was a presentation on two aspects of the platform. You have a presentation deck with the information that you need to convey and you are given 3-5 days to prepare for it.
Though many complain about preparing and doing a presentation on a platform you have not trained on, it is a good opportunity to show how much of a quick learner you are and presentation/people skills.
The panel asked questions regarding the presentation so it's important to know the terms in them and what you can get out of them.
After doing the presentation I met with the head of the US department of this role and we chatted further about the culture and future of the company and how I would fit in it.
Next steps were the offer letter meeting.
