Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Contentsquare
Colloquio
I had 5 interviews, with individuals in different roles and departments over a month. Mostly phone and video interviews. There were no in-person interviews. At the end of all of the interviews, I was asked to create and present my 30, 60, and 90-day plan to a group of managers and executives. I was more than happy to create my own onboarding plan and present it because the request was pitched as if it were the last step of the process before I would receive an offer. My recruiter was awesome. Overall it was a good experience and I was excited about the company. However, the 30, 60, and 90-day plan requests and month-long interview process didn't seem respectful of my time. Especially since the company selected an internal candidate for the position in the end. It made it seem like, please share all of your good ideas so we can use them for our own internal candidate but sorry we're not going to extend an offer to you. Not the outcome I was expecting based on the excitement the company expressed regarding me and my plan. In the end, I was grateful for the interview opportunity and now I have a 30, 60, and 90-day plan I can use in the future. Plus, I have to commend the company for promoting within and hiring an internal candidate.
