I met with one HR Representative and two co-workers. The questions were straightforward and conversational. the entire interview process took about 3 hours and included a tour. Everyone was very nice and open to talking about their experiences with the company.

Received a call from HR for a phone screen within a week of applying. Phone screen with HR lasted about 30 minutes. HR manager was very friendly, professional, and informative. Face to face interview was on site during the next week, about 45 minutes with hiring manager. The hiring manager talked so much, that I think I spoke about 10 words during the entire interview. Cook seems like a great place to work, and the HR department is wonderful. Unfortunately I think the department manager and I would not have worked well together.
