The interview was done in a semi formal manner, which I actually liked. It felt like more of a conversation than simply Q/As. You explain your background, discuss the company, express your interests in the company and what you wish to get out of this experience.

A single in person interview in the store with a floor manager a couple weeks after submitting an online application through the company website, and received an offer the same day

I arrived 10 mins early and they had me wait on one of their couches on the sales floor. The department lead met me where I was seated and we held the interview there. The first question she asked was for me to tell her about myself and then we continued with more questions. Most of the questions were about giving examples. It felt really natural and more so like a conversation. She seemed to like me and said I will have to have a 2nd interview with the store manager.

They called me, set up the interview. I showed up, 5 minutes early. The manager had forgotten about our interview. He sent me to interview with a different manager, and they asked me many questions and explained the role. The role seemed much different than it had in the description online.
