Top-Notch Recruitment!! I applied to Creadits and I was so lucky to have met Vivian, she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole recruitment process. After my initial interview, I was moved forward into additional rounds…Vivian communicated with me regularly in regards to whom I would be speaking with and when the interviews (there was 5 of them) would be taking place and she was very accommodating with my schedule. Vivian was quick to respond to any last minute questions I had around job requirements or the culture of the company. It was a pleasure to work with a true professional and dedicated HR/recruitment person. The whole interview process took about 6 weeks. The communication didn't stop after the job offer came and I accepted. The People team continued to checked in up to my start date to make sure I had all my equipment/materials to begin on day one (which as a remote base company was very important).

It takes about six rounds of interviews to get hired, and even then the hiring manager doesn’t remember your nationality. HR wanted me to have a seventh interview but then before the interview HR cancelled and sent me an offer instead. Then they ask for two references to be shared with them within a matter of days. And you only get two-three days to think about the offer. The philosophy they sell is attractive when you come from a toxic workplace, until you find out that it’s a charade. I regret accepting the offer and working for them.
