Interview process was 4 weeks long. 3 different interviews with over a week between each one. Very basic behavioral questions and I passed the first 2 interviews with flying colors. The last interview consists of a panel and you conduct a sales presentation while they grill you with questions followed by a role play with you selling them their program. I have a very relatable background to this position and passed with flying colors. All signs pointed to getting the position and they indicated that there were no hesitations along the way. Called me the next day to inform me they were passing on my candidacy. I asked for feedback and they said they could not give any. I was also told there were no other candidates at this time. I was told that these positions often times get left open for months at a time, and I had referral from this company to give me what they were looking for in a candidate. Just wish I could have had feedback to understand what I was missing.

Short, easy. It was apparent that the person who interviewed me already had someone else in mind. Kind of cold feeling and it felt like they had to give the interview.
