Everything was going very well and I was asked to do a homework assignment. I completed this assignment, and upon submitting I was asked to come on site for an interview. Then, I didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks +. I never heard back about my exercise or the on-site interview. It felt very unprofessional. I finally wrote back over 4-5 times to various recruiters and hiring managers I spoke with throughout the process, when I finally heard back they said they had changed the scope of the role.
