Go to a first interview and it starts out as a group interview. They go over benefits and expectations, you then have an interview with two people, including the head of the care center. They decide if they want you back for a second interview and the second interview is also a group interview with the CEO. if the CEO likes you, you get to take a while bunch of tests like drug/background/finger print...etc.
