I turned in my application online, and did not hear a word from them for about six weeks. They called me out of the blue and asked if I wanted to interview. I set up at time and place. The interview lasted for less than 15 minutes - why I wanted the job, reviewed my past experience, availability and that was that. I did not hear from the interviewer on the date they told me to expect a call, so I called the gym. I received a call from my interviewer. I was told they already had someone in the position I applied for, and they forwarded my application to a different Crunch Fitness. Needless to say, I turned down the job.
