I was contacted by a recruiter for an entry level position at Crunch. First interview was awesome and personable. The follow up interview was poor. It doesn’t seem that the first and second person who interviewed me were on the same page about the position.
Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
