The interview process consists of a phone screen to learn about the interest/ expectations and day-to-day etc. If successful, you will be asked to come in for a "fist bump" or meet and greet and workout for the day. Following a panel interview with the Hiring Manager, Assistant manager, and leadership. The roles consist of daily operations and sales. There is a daily and monthly sales goal to meet but it does vary monthly. Weekend availability will be required.
