Submitted my resume for a position that, on paper, I was more than qualified for. I got a call pretty quick and they seemed interested. I was told that they would give me a call the next day to setup a follow up interview in person. Three days later I emailed the HR person asking and they said they would get back to me shortly. Then weeks passed and no response, I sent a few other emails to ask about the status of the application, or if they had just gone with someone else. No responses. Eventually saw the job was taken down.
