My experience with their interview process deserves a 'two-thumbs' down. I honestly felt really good after my first chat with the recruiter—thinking I found an amazing opportunity—boy was I wrong. The part of the process that really frustrated me was the lack of follow through and holding up to the candidate experience. Typically when I partner up with a recruiter, I would hope that communication remains constant. Sometimes a "we have moved on with another candidate" is better than not hearing anything. For perspective, my recruiter scheduled a chat (on a Monday) with the hiring manager — I followed up that Friday and 2-3. For 3-4 weeks, I heard nothing. I assumed it was a "no" after the first chat, but not closing out the process or even hearing anything — that's just rude and extremely unprofessional. Do recruiters often times forget that they to have been on the job seekers side?
