I first met with hiring manager for private interview in her office. I then went down to the unit with her to meet the doctors. Once offered the job I went through a week orientation process.

Got a call to schedule an interview after 2 weeks of applying. Met with HR and spoke to the physician I’d be working with. Received a call 2 days later with an offer which was accepted
