Had a recruiter reach out to me. Had a first conversation and we discussed the fit and my questions on flexibility in terms of hybrid working and a more senior position. After a couple of days the recruiter got back to me after having had apoken to the hiring manager, and told me that it would likely not be a fit at this time, as the position was not quite the level I was looking for. Everything was super professional and I appreciated the transparency so neither of us were waisting time.
