I was contacted to schedule a 30 min phone interview a few days after I submitted my application. During the phone interview I talked with the events manager about my past events experience and she was very upfront about what to role entailed. Directly after the phone interview I was asked to submit a performance review. The next day I got an email to schedule an interview in the office. I met with 3 people for 30 minutes each. Overall, it was a positive experience.
