Slow-moving with scheduling follow-up interviews, which is to be expected and not on it's own a deterrent. However, I did find it to be a very intense process for a position with no supervisory responsibilities. Sadly, I was ghosted entirely after multiple rounds and a performance task. No response to multiple follow ups. Really disappointing considering the employees I met with all seemed lovely. They did hint at being overworked and that stress management comes with the territory as the company goes through restructuring.
